PLF Elite is a special interest group focused on Product Management leaders. Product Executives is still a small community in India and their challenges and opportunities are often different than the rest of the Product Managers. This is an invite-only group of elite product management practitioners who can help each other and industry at large in setting up the right best practices and build a Body of Knowledge that can be replicated and scaled to build a strong product ecosystem in India.

Agenda
  • Discuss the ongoing research on "State of Product Management in India 2018" (to be published by Dec 2018)
  • Contributing to work going on to build a Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) on Product Leadership
  • Build a networking/mentoring platform to help with career paths, coaching, industry opportunities
  • Best Practices discussions and setting up meetups/breakfast meets.
  • Additional topics that the members will discuss.
